The Delta Windjammers DGC was founded in 1994 to promote disc golf in the San Joaquin Delta region of California. The Delta Windjammers call Oak Grove Regional Park in Stockton California our home course. Some call it the "country club" of disc golf courses. We sponsor tournaments, players and the capitol improvements at courses nationwide. As tournament hosts to the PDGA sanctioned Frying Pan (held late June yearly), and Central Valley Series WinterJam (held late February yearly), the Delta Windjammers are committed to the growth of Disc Golf by providing a fun and competitive venue for all Disc Golfers of all skill levels. Come join us at our weekly events, Saturday mornings in the winter and Wednesday evenings during the summer.
Awesome news! The 2016 PDGA Tim Selinske United States Masters Championships will be Directed by our fearless club president Craig "Krash" Gustafson and the Windjammers! Oak Grove park and a new course at the Lockeford Springs Golf Course will be utilized in this event. Thanks for the hard work by our club members and Visit Stockton in putting together an awesome proposal. Stay tuned!
Stop by Oak and see what we are all about. We look forward to meeting you and flinging some plastic!!!
